Alicia she is great. But my shopping experience was really BAD! when I almost finished all of the fitting and changed back to my clothes, Alicia left from that room and another sales who is Africa American(I don’t know her name) she called my sales so many times, my friend told her Alisa is not in the fitting room.(she know I was in there) She just opened that door and grab the dress when I NEAKED WITHOUT my permission!!! that’s SO RUDE and RIDICULOUS!!!! Very friendly consultant but really bad selection of sizes. I am a street size 12 and had a super uncomfortable experience there where very few dresses fit and most were just held up against me, which is no way to choose a dress. Again, people were nice but they really need to work on their sample size selection to accommodate more body types. (Alternatively, I had a great experience at lovely bride)

I purchased a custom Suzanne Neville gown from Wedding Atelier in early February for my wedding in early September. The shopping experience was fine/average and the sales representative was helpful and kept within my budget. I was told the dress would arrive in early July to allow for three fittings and was encouraged to place the order in February ASAP. I am editing my original review... I had an appointment today and the owner completely remedied the entire situation. she is fabulous. The seamstress who was late to my appointment isn't someone they usually use and she set me up with their top in-house seamstress to resolve the issue. _____ My stylist Riley was great. I wish they took the extra time like other stores to call ahead and let me know if my style was available. Was only there 20 minutes as they only had two styles that fit my style out of 200. I asked why we didnt do a pre call and it doesnt seem like they support that or care to do so.

I had a terrible experience at Wedding Atelier. They were so cold from the moment I walked in. I was 3 weeks engaged and so excited to start looking for a dress. I ended up ending my appointment early, and was so discouraged after my appointment. My bridal stylist was rude, did not let me look at dresses, only asked my "vision" and picked dresses for me. The person that I had was terrible (Martuly, I think that’s her name) She was rushing us and just did not know what I wanted, even though I told her my preferences. After a few dresses, she was just like “that’s all the dress I could think of” or “that’s it”. She looks bored and didn’t seem excited at all, like she was done with our appointment.

Wedding Atelier was only vendor I dealt with throughout my wedding experience that disappointed time after time after time. I will start out by saying that my heart goes out to all the brides and vendors impacted by Covid-19 and I was fully willing to work with every vendor to come to a mutual agreement out of such an unfortunate situation for all parties affected by a global pandemic, but my experience with Atelier was too disappointing to not warn other brides. Truly shocked and disappointed in my experience here. It's 2019 and to only have sizes that range 0-10 is disturbing. The national woman's average size is 10-14. What's worse is that PRIOR to your appointment you are asked to fill out a survey where you state your size! After they confirmed receiving my survey no one at Wedding Atelier reached out to say that we don't carry dresses in that size.
