OH MY GOSH!!! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS!!! My consultant RILEY was AMAZING!!! Honestly, she found my PERFECT dress and was soooo amazing to work with!! She is the BEST and knows what she’s doing-she’s a pro!! She listened to what I was wanting and made the PERFECT suggestions!!! I have no idea why this salon has so many positive reviews. I had a terrible experience here and am so thankful it wasn't my very first appointment because I would've felt so defeated with the entire process. My stylist named Marnie was extremely unprofessional. She started complaining about the size of my group to her colleagues when she thought we couldn't hear. Unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience at Wedding Atelier, and I would never recommend it to friends or family. I went on a Saturday and the salon was very crowded. I described what I was looking for to my consultant (lace fit and flare with straps) and showed her photos, including a photo of a dress I had tried on at another salon. She made it seem as if this type of dress didn't exist. She pulled several dresses, all of which did not meet the style of the photos I had showed her. She also did not help me get... read more

I would give this place no stars if I could but I guess one star is acceptable since this place does have some great gowns but I must say that the service I experienced when I visited this weekend is the worst i have experienced at any bridal salon and I have been to several. I arrived about 15 min early for my appointment and it seemed that the staff was visibly upset at this and didn't seem to know what to do. Complete joke of a ‘bridal salon’. BRIDES BEWARE. I went here last Friday evening to find a dress. My stylist Daisy was good, attentive and managed to pull out some nice dresses, one of which could have been ‘the one’. My deadline for finding a dress is tight and I knew I’m limited in my options. I had requested an update to my appointment time on September 16th for an appointment on October 15th. I realized I hadn't received a confirmation so I called them and was told the person who had responded to me over email left the company and they never updated my appointment time. They weren't helpful in reaccomodating me to correct for their error. They offered me appointment time an hour from now rather than allowing me to come at the time I had scheduled. I have never been treated in such an uncivil, ill-mannered and discourteous way! As I was booking an appointment over the phone, I was scolded because I was looking "too far in advance" of my wedding date and that I should "shop to buy not shop to look." After I received a 3-minute lecture of whether I was "really serious" about buying a dress, I informed the associate I was no longer interested in an appointment. the first visit to this boutique was quite nice. The sales person, who since left was very talented. After the first visit, things fell apart as far as customer service and their internal communication. My daughter bought her wedding gown on the first visit. It is lovely but so much more goes into the experience than the dress. The alteration assistant, May, was terrific and helped us design a belt that accented the gown. 5 stars for the seamstress, May. 2 stars for customer service by the staff. When I first visited the store, I was impressed with the service and selection. My original sales associate was helpful and made the ordering and purchasing process pretty easy. By the time the dress arrived, she was no longer there and my remaining experience was unprofessional and a headache.
