Made an appointment 7:45am told them we wanted an oil change, serpentine belt needed replaced and questioned why we didn’t have a belt tensioner (bought the truck 1 year prior from them) called them at 4:45pm that day and was told they have a 24-48 hours for a diagnostic. Why was a diagnostic needed? Called again next day at 4:00pm and was finally done and was charged over $550 ($200 diagnostic fee) never authorized that.
