absolutely horrible! they are crooks, dishonest and very unprofessional! the kid in the service department was throwing papers and cursing under his breath. I will NEVER go back to this place

Horrible customer service! Went in to get some work done with an extended warranty. Once it was found out what needed to be done they called and told us. We reminded them of the extended warranty and they gave us a huge attitude about them having to call on it. They called back a short time later and said none of it was covered when it clearly was. Went for the $5car sale was very dissipoionted it wasn't what I thought they put a lot of hype for nothing they said there were a handful of 5 cars and there was only 2 everything else was over priced and there was also am empty envelope in one truck and when the girl told the lady she just shrugged it off they said there would be good deals and there wasn't I won't attend this again
Never go to this business. They charged us an additional $400 without our consent (violation of the Motor Vehicle Repair Act). Dealt with Rob Rager, the Service Manager who didn't seem to care that his mechanics were charging people without letting them know of the additional cost. Refused to give us our car back until payment was received in full.
