Less than two years ago I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruz from them after They had sold me a 2007 Buick Lucern. I took the Lucern home which was 60 miles away and the odometer only read 31 miles. They agreed to change cars to make it right. sold me a car that they did not have title for and have waited 4 months losing money on current plates that could of been used to get new plates very unhappy
If you ever take your car in to the service department, DO NOT deal with John. All he does is lie lie lie. He lied to me about having no rental cars, and so on. As of being in a business like this, I don't think lying to your customers is the way to go, especially when he didn't even apologize to me, and he knew he was in the wrong. So unprofessional. A family member bought a car from this so called dealership and has had nothing but problems with the car. They sold her the car knowing that it was not safe to drive and the brakes went out on her shortly after causing her to wreck. We understand what buying a car AS IS means, but when you sell someone a clunker, knowing it's a clunker and dangerous to drive, that says something about character!
