Made an appointment 7:45am told them we wanted an oil change, serpentine belt needed replaced and questioned why we didn’t have a belt tensioner (bought the truck 1 year prior from them) called them at 4:45pm that day and was told they have a 24-48 hours for a diagnostic. Why was a diagnostic needed? Called again next day at 4:00pm and was finally done and was charged over $550 ($200 diagnostic fee) never authorized that. I took my car in for a simple oil change. I get a call that the previous time they change my oil that they cross threaded my drain plug. They fixed it and with them fixing it they put aluminum casting into my oil pan which then went through my oil pump and took it out, shutting my car down. So their mobile tech came to my house and told me that it was a pressure sensor or the oil pump. I change the pressure sensor did not fix it and doing so. Recommendedupdated almost a year later: the car never passed emissions from when I brought it. I let Jesse know that the check engine light went on almost right away. It did end up turning off, but once I got it to the dmv to plate it wasn't ready because they never got emissions. When I brought it for emissions it wouldn't pass. Used to love this place but their service department has gone to crap. They are the most deceiving, irresponsible, unethical, unapologetic, accusatory, non-accountable, lying group of people I ever met! Lied to me numerous times and put mine and my son's life at risk because they didn't do what they were supposed to. Undoubtedly the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. The ONLY reason that I chose to go through with the car deal was that our sales lady was the ABSOLUTE sweetest, most wonderful person! Typically have had good experience . But ….Was excited to try the service offered to pick up and return my vehicle for maintenance/ oil change. I was thinking - what a great time saver! However…they kept my vehicle the entire day and overnight - with 0 communication and when i called at end of the day - response was “we didn’t have a chance to get to it”. I have used Weld County Garage for service and oil changes for over 16 years and have always been pleased, but the price increase for an oil change just floored me...I went from $50 to $94 for a standard oil change on my 99 Tahoe. I can understand a slight increase, but this seems a bit extreme.

Every time I call about a vehical on line it just happened to be sold 2 seconds before i call. But they are more than happy to talk to me about one twice the price. Either I have bad luck or there maybe somthing dishonest going on.
