I had my Camaro on consignment with Jeff Rodriguez. He said he would keep me updated if there was a deal and if it was sold. He failed to inform me or one of his salesmen that it was sold, beings it is/was in my name and that I pay the car payment along with the insurance on it. I'm not mad that the car is sold, just disappointed in the communication.
I use to love Weld County but it seems something has changed recently. Our used car had a massive repair needed a week after we purchased it from Weld County (this year). They fixed it....but we had to talk to the higher ups in charge to do so. Not the reliable Weld County we used to know.
I just got robbed at Christmas time! All for the cost of doing business!! I was an out of town buyer and put a deposit down on a used vehicle to hold it for two weeks till I can come get it. They told me the deposit was non refundable but then said there may be an exception since you are from out of town and haven't seen the vehicle yet. Bought my 1st car in 2013 and loved the experience! Bought my 2nd car in 2016 and again loved the experience! I will continue buying cars from Leroy because i trust him. Robert Moreno is another great sales man if he's not available. Finance team from what i dealt with was quick and who don't like fast, effective service! So I had the same problem as Kaitlyn. I took my truck in for a Check engine light. It happened that I didn't need my truck back for a week.I scheduled an appointment for Friday. My truck was not touched until the day that I needed it back. I was told that they were looking for the problem and couldn't find it. Need less to say I can see when my truck is driven and when it isn't. so the Day I pick it up the check engine light comes back on. They ended up needing my truck back for another week. Less than two years ago I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruz from them after They had sold me a 2007 Buick Lucern. I took the Lucern home which was 60 miles away and the odometer only read 31 miles. They agreed to change cars to make it right.
