Online they said there was a twenty minute wait. Then when I check in they tell me it will now be forty minutes. Ok, I can deal with that. An hour and a half go by and still nothing. I ask when I will be seen and they have no idea. Obviously understaffed and unapologetic. Will never return. What makes it worse is I check the online waiting time while waiting in the exam room for forty minutes and it still said 20 minutes. Get it together folks!!! Good thing my primary physicians office is now open til 930pm!
