My son and I went to the clinic on Christmas Eve at 10:30. They opened at 9 and would not allow online appointments to be booked nor were they answering the phone. It went to a voicemail message and you could not speak to a person. So we just went in. I was concerned my son had strep and didn't want to give it to anyone at Christmas. I have been in extreme back pain for the last few days. So, I decided to visit my local urgent care center only blocks from my house! I attempted to make a same day appointment online for 1pm. Very very very unprofessional!!! Literally would rather go to a ER stay for 10 hours than 2 hours in an URGENT CARE to dismiss my mum!! The doctor just go around patients like a waitress!! This is the second negative interaction that I have had at this site. The first one I overlooked because I thought it was late and they may have been tired. Today this not excuse. I previous called to find out about insurance since we were in the system. When I got her I provided my ID in Michelle's hand. My visit was because I had migraines, a dry cough, and a temp. The only thing I was tested for was Covid. The test came out negative and I am still sick. I know Covid is the trending virus but there are other viruses that existed before Covid. I should've at least had been tested for the flu or bronchitis. So now I do not know why I am sick and honestly the visit was a waste of time.

Had an appointment OMG!!!! I didn't see the reviews before choosing this place and I had to be there for a couple hours. Never waited this long before ever from an appointment, will not be returning at all.

No order!!! I go to get a physical and was told I need a urine test but the toilets are down. The person at the desk continued to check me in, stating we will work around it. I'm thinking I was going to be using the restroom in the back. I continue to be checked in and racket.com comes from the back telling the "orientee" that I can't get the physical done. First of all, why do you have a orientee by herself and why are two of you on lunch together. Other location is better. Will never go here again.
Just left well now urgent care 9501 S. Western Ave. ..for a possible pool muscle and experienced such bad service from Medic Brooke who didn't do anything but prescribe inflammatory pills and said have a good day I would take my dog to a place like this!
