If you care about yourself, go somewhere else because these people don't care about you. The front desk people are the only ones who are helpful. The staff is a joke. No real doctors and whatever practitioners they have are brain dead girls who think they look cute in scrubs. Don't waste your time. They don't think of you as a patient.

I wish that I could assign this place zero stars. I have been having thumb pain for about two weeks and finally decided to go to a urgent care. I did my research to find a place that could do an x-ray if necessary. I made an appointment and received their text message that indicates it is time to arrive. Save yourself time, energy and co-pay by heading to the ER instead. Friendly staff, slightly experienced NP and no doctor on-site just "on-call". The goal was to avoid ER given COVID, now I'm left with no choice. Heard a few other patients complaining and one even left....

Front desk and the medical assistant were great. After getting called to the back is where it went downhill. I walked in at 6:52pm and left at 8:39pm after the NP forgot about me. I walked out of the room and see the staff cleaning up for closing and noticed I am the ONLY patient there. To my surprise no apology was issued on her end, only a Dunkin Donuts gift card issued from another staff member.
