I was impressed with swiftness to get registered and put into a room to wait for a doctor. I did have an appointment which greatly helped but I am still very satisfied with the ladies in the front and the nurses and doctors in the back. I visited well now for a precautionary visit to rule out typical seasonal illnesses before going into work. The nurse and the doctor were both very attentive, kind, and professional. Thank you. Made an appointment was seen promptly NP Danielle was very thorough To my illness then a month later had to go again PBR Sawyer Overhoff was just as kind and professional went to the facility at 1597 Elmwood hardly any wait time Kudos and I highly recommend them

This particular center is thorough. I believe they are better than the average wellnow. Ive not experienced a problem there.

Sick for 3 nights, 4 days. Decided to visit Walden Ave location, which is Brilliantly Clean. Masks available. Check-in set me at ease immediately! The young lady helping me, offered compassion and professionalism. Immediately, she led me to a private room, stating "the nurse will be in shortly." Nurse Gabby was taking my blood pressure in less than 60 seconds. Gabby is thorough, I was relieved with the treatment that I was offered. Urgent cares tend to be blah or not too friendly, and when being a teenager going alone to the doctor while you are sick away at college is scary, so an unwelcoming place can make it even worse. BUT, this was not at ALL the case here. The front desk is kind and the doctors/nurses are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They are so friendly and down to earth and also really care about you. I literally like this place better than my actually primary doctors! Thank you so much for being so kind

Awesome service--made an appointment online and they took me within 30 minutes. Came in for a basic infection, did one test and got what I needed and feel ten times better within a day!! I will say, I was very reluctant on coming. I've gone to another location that's a bit closer to me (Niagara BLVD) and they were exceptionally rude. I only came to this one because I had to leave my work early for treatment and this was the closest location. Outstanding. I cut my leg and needed a few stitches. The team at WellNow was fast and efficient. I was apprehensive to go because of COVID and the staff was all masked, the place was sanitized and they were very respectful of getting me in and out quickly. Overall, a great, caring experience thy couldn't have been quicker or more efficient.

I was visiting from out of town and my son had an eye injury. Now I'm a Nurse Practitioner and I also work in and Urgent care in IL so i was happy to see one open and available so late in the evening. The whole process was seamless and quick! The Rad Tech who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful and even directed me to a pharmacy that was open late close by. He got us back quickly as well and helped getting the start of vitals.
