Very friendly. The waiting room was very clean with coffee and tea plus slushies for the kids. Only had to wait about 1 hour and was seen quickly once into the examine room. X-rays were required and tech was very gentle. Would recommend this place to anyone.
One of the best urgent care centers I’ve ever been to. Everyone was friendly, caring and kind. There was barely a wait, and you can tell everyone loved their jobs. I took my 7 year old daughter because she was sick, my 5 year old son was with us as well and I would definitely go again. I didn’t feel like a burden and the way they cared for her in the way I would have. I hope everyone gets this same experience.
Registration was simple and done on my phone while I waited. They took me back very fast and I saw a Dr within minutes of getting into the room. Very nice and friendly staff
First of all, I do appreciate receptions for their kindness. Also, I thank the nurse who provided me the service on the timing of her job which she did in the manner that I didn't expect to be done as quick as I noticed. Briefly, WellNow Urgent Care is the best Healthcare to recommend to other customers.
Dr. Matt and all the staff were polite as always. He was so helpful explaining my Lupus symptoms with the Flu B symptoms. Even doing my chest X-rays, the lady was so nice. I was feeling so crappy. Last night was the best I’ve felt since not feeling well.
