I got the worst customer service from the Spanish girl on the front desk definitely not her job the best job for her is CASHER AT Burger King or McDonald's that the best fit for her. Just came in for a covid swab. Took them five minutes to come in and do it but then ended up waiting 45 minutes for a "provider" to come in and ask me two questions before I could leave. They threatened to throw out my covid swab when I asked if I could leave after 35 minutes. The whole time I could just hear them all chatting and giggling outside the door.

See my review below of WellNow Cheektowaga 13 days ago. They replied to my post below to say if I sent them my contact info and date of service, they would "assist" me. WELL NOW it has been 2 weeks since I sent them the info they requested and still, nobody has contacted me to "assist" with anything. They did however bill my insurance provider for TWO dates of service, even though they screwed up the first time and we were forced to repeat the test after they lost our lab samples. BEWARE if you need a Covid PCR test for travel, do not rely on WellNow!! My wife and I went to the Cheektowaga location on 7/29/21 to get tested prior to a trip to Canada. WellNow advertises that test results will be available within 24 hours. When we arrived, they confirmed that our results would be available the next day. 20 hours later we checked their website for an update and we learned that our samples never made it to the lab in Syracuse for testing. Was seen promptly and was on my way. They said they sent my scripts into the pharmacy. They didn't get them so I tried calling Wellnow but no one answered the phone. I let it ring well over a hour still no answer. I walk and don't drive. It'll be a 4 mile round trip just to ask them to resend the meds that should have been sent the first time. I will go out of my way to tell someone not to go there. Terrible

This place might look nice and all, but don't go there if you forget your insurance card. I went with a friend to help him (suspected broken foot or something) and they took him name, and asked him to take a seat. We waited there for about 10-15 minutes before they called him up. Came in specially and requested to be tested for strep throat. They did rapid and never sent sample out for culture. I didn't realize that until days passed and I called back.I was told it was up to the provider of culture was needed. Not good practice especially I had all the clinical signs. I went to a different company had to get tested again and of course I had strep. Totally wasted my time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even to get a band aid!!!!!

One of the 4 people I interacted with while I was in for covid testing was pleasant. They treated me like a nuisance, like a someone who was in their way, like someone was who was a bother to them. Especially during a pandemic - I expected even a tiny bit more empathy for those who were unsure of what to expect, or how to react once the covid test was administered. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Megan the receptionist was 10/10 incredibly kind.

I will never go here! I called to see if they could pull my insurance information before I took a trip there. The lady told me she could she would just need my insurance number because they can not look it up without it. I find my card and call back and the next lady tells me thats not possible. You have to be in front of me. The first lady already told me just so you know theres a 1.5 hour wait right now if we do cover you when you call back.
