The billing department at WellNow is very unprofessional. I received my first bill in July 2024 for a service from December 2022. When I called to find out what it was for since it was 1 1/2 years old, I was told not to pay it and they would rework with my insurance. I then received another bill on 9/7 indicating I still owed the amount. I tried to pay it only to find out it was sent to collections on 9/6. The appointment was at 7:20 and was called at 8:07 but let us wait in the care room another 25 minutes before was seen I wish I could give them negative 5stars

Will deny you medical assistance which is against the law. greedy for a dollar, even when you have insurance as if people are not dealing with inflation they deny you for a $10 copay. receptionist have nasty attitudes. Worst place to go if your ill. they rather you Die then to assist. bone working their should be sworn into any nursing/medical field when money is more important then a life. Should shut down and everyone be unemployed. Wish i can give them a -5

I received a bill from 2 years ago for a co-payment that I do not owe! HOW IN THE WORLD ARE THEY ALLOWED TO SEND A FIRST BILL 2 YEARS LATER??? After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes 2 days in a row I decided to respond by email. I included the EOB's and copies of the co-payments being debited from my account. NOW I RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL!!! No ever responded to my email and I send it twice since after a month I didn't get a response! now I am sitting on hold again and it has been 60 minutes so far! I took my daughter and I into the urgent care because we have ear infections. I asked about the wait time, and they said 2 hours! Reluctantly, we decided to wait for two hours. Two hours later, I asked how much longer, and they said it could be another HOUR! We left, because my daughter was exhausted, and just wanted to go home and go to sleep. She was already exhausted when we got there, and so was I. They need more staff to work and get patients in and through in a more timely manner. This was worse than an emergency roo... read more

Had an appointment for 9. I showed up at 8:45 and had filled out all the information online so I could skip the wait on paperwork. They didn't call me inside until 9:10 and then proceeded to make me wait in the waiting room until after 10pm. All this for a COVID test and they called in multiple people who arrived after me. Terrible service. I also watched a worker pick up garbage with gloves on, and use those same gloves to change the k cup in the coffee pot.

I signed in on line the night before. When I arrived the girls said I just signed in outside and that will not give an appointment. I was told to wait for 1 1/2 hours in an empty waiting room. When I asked if I was going to be seen the long mail girl gave me serious attitude and said to look at the screen. I told her the screen was not on she just ignored me. The guy said I didn't need a test. Two days later tested positive in a south towns facility. Can not believe how I was treated. Never again.

I blew out my knee during a game and went to find the closet urgent care that was open until 11. I got hurt around 9:00 and got to the Urgent Care at 9:15. There was a sign inside that said they were "at capacity" while two people were in the waiting room. I was unable to walk and had two friends holding me up and the lady at the front desk said that they absolutely couldn't take me in because of high capacity and gave me the phone number and location to Mercy hospital which was about 20 minutes away. 10 minutes later while ... read more
