This is for the Monroe location. I have been there a few times and the lady at the front desk should not be working there. The medical staff is good so i have used this location a few times, however, going forward due to the front desk i will never go back there again. The check in lady is beyond rude. Put my phone number in while putting in all my other patient info and explicitly asked that the girl at the front desk remove any other phone numbers from my profile, and that the phone number that I provided that day should be the only number they have for me and contact trying to reach me. Please be Aware, that Well Now is acting under shady insurance practices. Billing people without sending claims to insurance companies. Having you sign , while under duress, without your knowledge, to consent to auto bill charges. When on numerous calls with my insurance company and a Well Now billing agent, was asked point blank "why" ?? they do not have an answer. They fumble with words, and shrug off responsibilities. Filled out the form ahead of Time was told we were next in the queue only to be turned away at the door. Girl was rude and not attic at all. Did not care about the computer stating we were next and Told us if we wanted to wait we would be waiting at least 3 hours. Abolsutely Ridiculous and lousy costumer Care, especially for People who are supposed to co Fort sick and injured.

SCREW THE WHOLE COMPANY AND STAFF. I made an appointment because I wasn't feeling well and have young children at home that I need help with. The appointment was for 10:48 and after waiting almost an hour and every walk-in being taken first, I left unseen or treated. YOUR SYSTEM SUCKS and I will never be back.

went to the West Seneca WellNow registration took an hour. went in for sore ribs. was never told X-ray people leave at 8:00pm. seen the PA who informed my they don't x-ray ribs. was never examined by the PA. I asked if I was going to be charged for my visit was told that I had my vitals take, and seen the PA even though she did absolutely nothing but tell me she couldn't do anything. maybe they should have told be that before I wasted an hour and a half for nothing
