Came in specially and requested to be tested for strep throat. They did rapid and never sent sample out for culture. I didn't realize that until days passed and I called back.I was told it was up to the provider of culture was needed. Not good practice especially I had all the clinical signs. I went to a different company had to get tested again and of course I had strep. Totally wasted my time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even to get a band aid!!!!!

One of the 4 people I interacted with while I was in for covid testing was pleasant. They treated me like a nuisance, like a someone who was in their way, like someone was who was a bother to them. Especially during a pandemic - I expected even a tiny bit more empathy for those who were unsure of what to expect, or how to react once the covid test was administered. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Megan the receptionist was 10/10 incredibly kind.

I will never go here! I called to see if they could pull my insurance information before I took a trip there. The lady told me she could she would just need my insurance number because they can not look it up without it. I find my card and call back and the next lady tells me thats not possible. You have to be in front of me. The first lady already told me just so you know theres a 1.5 hour wait right now if we do cover you when you call back. This place is fine if you have a first aid problem. But illness? See your own doctor. Most respiratory things are viral and no doctor will prescribe anyway, so you are better off asking your pharmacist for the best OTC product. Save urgent care for URGENT care.
