Shout out to Christina. GREAT LEASING AGENT! We had to break our lease early for a work situation. We submitted our 60 day notice to vacate per leasing office requirements for a 60 day notice. Office did explain everything that had to be done. Submitted notice July 1, 2025 and received confirmation the same day July 1, 2025. Was charged 1 month for early termination of lease for 60 day notice to vacate. Which was fine. Everything went smoothly with the move out. We were given our FULL deposit back. It is with my heart full of love and gratitude for this months in Wesley St James apartment that I write this review. It was my husband and I first apartment home, we were so pleased that we could live her, the apartment was a dream come true! Every detail about it was amazing, the apartment completely and truly renovated, even smells like new! I had a great apartment tour with Wins! he was very professional and inviting at the same time. He wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for by asking questions and giving suggestions. The property is clean and the units are nice I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for an all around accommodating rental property that will meet your needs!

My wife and I have loved living at Wesley St. James. Neighbors are friendly and the crew keeps the complex neat and in shape. Maintenance has always been quick the couple times we've called. Camillah, our leasing agent, is awesome, very helpful and always friendly. She helped us out alot when we first moved into St. James and is always an absolute joy whenever we need anything.
We relocated to the Atlanta area in January. While looking for apartments, we struggled to get neighboring complexes on the phone. Thankfully, we came across Wesley St. James. Camillah, our leasing agent, guided us through the leasing process from start to finish. We had the apartment locked down in a single day. Thanks to the entire leasing team's dedication to customer service, we moved in with ease. Moving to a new city is hard; having a welcoming community makes it easier. Wesley St. James is precisely that.

I've lived here for over a year and been happy with my experience. The maintenance people are great and fix everything SO quick! Neighbors aren't too loud and the complex is clean and feels super safe. The access to the walking trail is a big plus and I feel like the price is reasonable. Only moving out to be in a more fun area! Not much to do very close in this part of Sandy springs
My husband and I currently live here with our daughters and we love it. the location is perfect, the community is clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful, maintanence is fast and efficient. We love our terrace level apartment with a grassy area for the kids to play right outside our patio door. We have always had issues with finding enough storage space, but we have more than enough here! I can't say enough positive things about our experience here. I would definitely recommend Wesley St James to everyone!
