Don't move here. Don't. The maintenance staff are the nicest but management no. The property manager has no couth, in fact he has no interaction with the residents at all. For the amount being paid the appliances are very out of date, one of my drawers fell apart (due to the cabinetry being old as hell). The office staff is worse. LEASING OFFICE EMPLOYEES ARE THE EPITOME OF MORONS. The Leasing office staff is beyond horrible, i do not even have words to express how horrible of an experience they have made this. With my work schedule being outside of their office hours, I rely heavily on communication via email, phone, text, etc., in the years that i have lived here, every single year, they have sent out a "renewal notice" containing the info regarding your expected rent increase. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Employees are unprofessional and do NOT know what they are talking about or what they are doing. They will not answer the phone and they will claim that they will help you but never do. They billed us incorrectly almost every other month. We had an issue at move-out where they told us we never told them we were moving out. I had it in writing to one of the Wesley employees MONTHS before but the manager said because it wasn't in e-mail format they were charging us $400. This is the absolute worst place I've ever lived from Boston to New York City Los Angeles Charlotte and Now Atlanta! I have a bug infestation and pay monthly for an exterminator I also have had nails in my tires 5 times now on both my truck and my motorcycle in my driveway in front of my garage which is next-door to the maintenance garage and they try telling me they don't use screws lmao that's funny cause they did when doing repairs in my house in the past and they never want to reimburse me until I throw a fit and then I... read more

Been here 6 months, and the longer I'm here, the more I can't wait to move out. Biggest complaint is noise. I can hear so much of what our adjacent neighbors do, and they're not being loud. When they shower, it sounds like a jet engine in our living room. Walls are so thin I can hear them talking, singing, I can hear their blender and microwave. There was much more detail to this, but apparently I have a character limit, so here's the short... Do NOT rent these apartments. The management is dishonest and will likely try to find some way to rip you off. I lived here as a loyal resident for 2 years. I took care of my apartment, I was never late on a payment, and I was always kind and respectful to the staff and my neighbors. It's an OK apartment. I like the floor plan, it's old and outdated and for the amount we pay i'd expect it to be newer. The floors are so thin that we literally walk on our toes day in and day out and have never had company over and our downstairs neighbor still complains that we make too much noise. I also hear every step our upstairs neighbor takes. It's so loud that it vibrates the air vents and they aren't big people. Hard wood floors are nice but not for an apartment building. Management is terrible. I am so happy my lease is over! I've experience so many headaches with this company. Staff and vendors will enter your apartment unannounced. My door was left wide open by staff. Everyone has access to your keys and they do not have a system set in place to track who has/had access to your apartment. The apartment is built cheaply, the paint is very thin and the countertops chip. Please note that there is no such thing as normal wear and tear. They will charge you for everything once you move out.

This place is decent. Not worth the rent price. Under new management and fortunately they are doing some cleaning up and fixing the look of the buildings. I have never had a problem with the staff and new management is much better than the last. I have lived here for a year and the gates have never worked. Pests were not a problem for me. I have seen about 2 house centipedes, and 3 roaches (huge ones) in my apartment the whole year. I have only asked for pest control to spray the first week I moved in.
