Nina is the BEST leasing agent at Wesley. She helped me get my first apartment at Wesley St. James and also helped me when I wanted to upgrade my apartment. She literally goes over and beyond to make sure that you love your place and to ensure all maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. This is a quiet community and they have really nice amenities and features. Definitely feels like home.

I lived here from March 2017 to March 2018. I really enjoyed it at first, but over the year, issues began to crop up. First the good -- the management, maintenance and property care are excellent. New owners took over and have done a great job fixing up the place. Nadia in the rental office was a big help to me and always had a kind word. The two maintenance guys responded quickly to issues. We have had a great experience living in Wesley St James. The leasing office has been awesome in making our transition here a smooth one. Nadia has been particularly wonderful. They have been quick and efficient in addressing any questions or issues that we've had. The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are friendly! We have a spacious three bedroom apartment with beautiful upgrades including hardwoods in the common areas and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Since their new management, Wesley St. James is a great place to make it your home. I have lived here for 5 years and I absolutely love their new management staff. The entire management staff are professional and kind! Nadia has been a sweetheart and always makes sure my needs are taken care of. Maintenance have been doing a wonderful job fulfilling work orders. These apartments have pretty much all the amenities you can ask. They are even equipped with Google Fiber! Update on our leaving this complex: We just got our refund deposit back and just like we assumed they will not give you your full deposit. With a pet deposit and a deposit for the apartment we expected at least something back but received absolutely nothing. Juan INSISTED we would receive our refund. But we didn't get anything. They charged us for water and electricity regardless of the fact we already paid for it when we paid our last months. They're money hungry and they're liars. Beware this place. Literally.

I've been a resident of Wesley St. James Apartments for about three months, and I wanted to share an early review outlining the pros and cons of living in this community. Pros: One of the biggest positives for me is the location. I really enjoy the Sandy Springs area--it's close to my work, and many of my friends live nearby. The manager doesn't have control over his emotions. He yells at his staff this is why the turnover is so high. The apartments have mold issues and if you complain the management team will put you through heck. The pipes are old and need to be replaced but to do so would be very expensive and Wesley does not want to spend the money. Living at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Several issues have persisted, and it's been challenging to get them addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. The flooding in my bedroom was a significant concern, and it took an unreasonably long time (3 weeks) and persistent follow-ups to get any attention from the management.
