This place is decent. Not worth the rent price. Under new management and fortunately they are doing some cleaning up and fixing the look of the buildings. I have never had a problem with the staff and new management is much better than the last. I have lived here for a year and the gates have never worked. Pests were not a problem for me. I have seen about 2 house centipedes, and 3 roaches (huge ones) in my apartment the whole year. I have only asked for pest control to spray the first week I moved in. Are you looking for a secure, clean, well maintained apartment with an air conditioned gym, reliable maintenance, responsive office staff, and world class amenities? If you are then do yourself a favor and do not stop at Wesley St. James or any property managed by Wesley Properties. After a horrible experience (including a leaking gas furnace and a collapsing floor) at one of their properties I forced this company to transfer me to Wesley St James.
