Great Fit Although my husband and I are picky apartment shoppers, Stephanie was patient with us throughout the process. She took extra time to help us find the right fit without being pushy. We're so excited about moving to our new place!

Great Experience Here! West Village is a great apartment complex in a great location! The apartments are stunning and I love the old warehouse feel to them. Stephanie in the leasing office has been very helpful and has answered all my questions in a timely manner! Great place!

Great apartment at a reasonable price. Great apartment at a reasonable price. Service requests via Carrie are always prompt. Our A/C was down for a day last week and a service tech came out the within 24 hours to fix it. I have had other service requests resolved in an equally efficient fashion. Would definitely recommend.
Great experience! Beautiful space, friendly staff, and the perfect location. I can walk everywhere I need to go (unheard of in NC)! So happy to have found West Village. Cortney from the leasing office was specifically such a huge help to us during the signing of our lease and move-in.

Friendly Staff! Tomi at West Village was a delight to work with! She was attentive to myself and my partner's needs in a new home and did a wonderful job selecting apartments for us to view that fit our qualifications. Tomi was personable, accommodating and very knowledgable about the community. I look forward to making West Village my new home!
