Review ____________: I like the apartment itself (high ceilings, spacious, includes a nice fridge/oven). However, I feel like it is not worth the price. Especially, considering that there is not washing/drying machine in the apartment and one has to resort to doing laundry in the building. Not to mention that the washing machine costs 7 dollars per load...Staff is very slow to respond to Maintenance requests especially during Hurricanes (had a leaky roof and it is still not fixed and leaks every time it rains).

West village Durham Just moved in recently and I am very happy with the apartment. It was clean we did a thorough walk through for any problems nothing major was wrong maybe a scuff on the floor for example but Jess still made notes. Love living in West Village! I've only been in West Village for a few weeks, but so far everything has been fantastic. Katelyn has been such a big help with everything we need, and the apartment has lots of amenities and is very well situated.
Terrific rental location in downtown Durham We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, sight unseen, as there was very high demand for the apartment and we had toured West Village previously. This was a terrific choice. We had fantastic views of downtown Durham, and we could walk easily to Gonza Taco, Mothers and Sons, Pizzeria Toro, Viceroy, Southern Thing, Bulldega, DPAC, The Parlour, just to name a few--no kidding, they were all within 5 minutes. Great place to live Katelyn, the senior property manager, was enormously helpful in my search for the perfect apartment from 1000 miles away. After speaking with her several times, I felt comfortable renting a furnished apartment, sight unseen. We've now lived here a month and everything has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The ability to pay rent and utilities online saves time. The apartments are well kept and the location is fantastic. Highly recommended
Great community! My husband and I have lived here for just under a month and have had a great experience thus far. The location is amazing and our apartment is beautiful. The apartment is surprisingly quiet; I don't hear neighbors at all. Our view is gorgeous - it overlooks a courtyard and doesn't make you feel like you're in an urban area at all. The amenities are wonderful. I've had tons of questions for the management and they've been prompt and extremely helpful. One minor maintenance issue was taken care of immediately.... read more
Just Moved In Apartments have a lot of history. I grew up in Durham and have watched the city come alive again. Great apartments if you want to be in walking distance of just about anything. My daughters really love the pools and the good eats around town.
