All of the office staff is great and the apartments are phenomenal!! Very unique place to live, great amenities and the office staff is great!
Wonderful Location and Experience So Far! I just moved in last month and have had a smooth transition so far! I have worked with Cortney and have had a lot of questions throughout the process and she was extremely helpful and easy to work with! I am so happy with my decision to move to West Village!
Wonderful location and great customer service I have been a resident of West Village for 8 years and the customer service from the front office to maintenance has been excellent. The grounds are consistently maintained and the insides of the complex are cleaned weekly. It is a great location and the residents are very pleasant. My experience at West Village has been nothing but stellar. I recommend this place of residence to everyone. It's the best apartment complex in downtown Durham.

Transitioning from Boston to West Village and loving the decision As soon as I arrived at the West Village apartments I knew I made the right decision. The staff is excellent and Cortney is exceptional. Cortney no matter how busy always has a smile,a laugh, and her follow up is immediate I lived in city luxury apartments back home and knew that with the location came city noise. These gem apartments have an amazing location, extra-large windows and beautiful brick walls We are renting in West Village and were very impressed with Cortney who helped us find the perfect apartment. She was very helpful in recommending a furniture rental company and assisted us in having it delivered and set up prior to our arrival. The location is fantastic! Happy New Residents This review is for the experience we had working with Courtney, our leasing agent. She was very helpful, friendly and attentive during our apartment search. We had some large furniture that is hard to fit in come apartments, she diligently looked for a floor plan that fit our needs and our budget (there are a lot of different and unique floor plans in this community, so the search was not as easy as most “cookie cutter” apartment communities). Great location! We love the location of West Village! It's walking distance from all the bars, breweries, and restaurants downtown! The Durham Bulls ballpark is within walking distance as well as the American Tobacco Trail. Any maintenance problem we have had has been minor and was fixed right away. They has a lot of broken machines, but they're in the middle of redoing the gym.
