Great leasing and move-in experience! Throughout the leasing process, Cortney was extremely helpful and accommodating. She answered all of my questions enthusiastically and made the leasing process easy and quick. During the first week of moving in, the mailbox keys didn't work but the office staff worked to get them remade quickly. The leasing and move-in processes have been great thanks to Cortney and the staff in the office!
Love where I live! I love living at West Village! The leasing agents and the maintenance staff are great! Crystal was such a big help in getting me the perfect place on quick notice! I love the location right downtown, within walking distance from EVERYTHING! I love all of the amenities they offer, and the apartment is ONE OF A KIND! I love living here...it’s everything I could ask for in my dream apartment!
Best Location in Durham! West Village is the best location in all of Durham. You can walk to every bar and restaurant Durham has to offer. Parking is super easy in their garages. The exposed brick and high ceilings makes this complex extremely unique. Living in an Old Tobacco Warehouse is awesome! The staff is also super friendly.
Very cool but expensive Pros: The coolest apartments in downtown Durham stylistically, super high ceilings makes them feel huge, incredible location, nicer amenities than most, management has always been kind and respectful, very pet friendly, maintenance has responded within a reasonable amount of time when required Cons: Very expensive, there are weird required additional fees added on to your monthly bill (they told us about it up front and it's well spelled out in the lease, they are just really expensive fees for cable/... read more
Perfect location My lease term is coming up and I decided to downsize. Nadine was very helpful in finding suitable accommodations for me in another building.

I worked with Nadine, who spent soooo much time and energy searching for a place I’d be happy with. I must have looked at 10 fifferent apartments by the time it was over but I couln’t be happier with my new place!
Beautiful Spaces I lived in West Village for a year and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is ideal for Duke students; West Village's leasing staff, and Crystal and Cortney particularly, were quite helpful; and the apartments themselves are stunning. Would recommend!
Superb location, unique style, great staff, amenities 5 stars. Absolutely phenomenal! The location is superb, friendly community, historic building, unique floorplans and layouts, and the staff is amazingly helpful with any needs from pre-lease to moving in to post-lease. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Very excited to be part of the West Village Apartments in Durham!
Best Location in Durham! I rented an apartment at West Village for my daughter who is a law student at Duke. She has been at West Village since August. She LOVES it. The location is amazing. The staff was extremely helpful getting everything set up. Cortney specifically has been wonderful to work with since the beginning. Every thing works great in the apartment. The few things that have been needed have had super fast resolution by the WV maintenance team. We could ask for a better experience.
