I purchased a bimonthly pest control service roughly 10 months ago. It was made clear I wanted my treatments done in the evenings while I was home from work due to him having to enter my home while my wife and kids were there. Hired them to do a spider extermination at a new home we just purchased. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Trusted this company to do insulation under trailer home. Got the bid, and agreed to the work. The first time they were out they didn't finish. We were quoted a one day job. The general manager then told us this was their first time doing any type of insulation under a trailer home. I would give them less than one star if I could. Do NOT work with Orkin ********. Their call center overpromises and their local offices underdelivers. This establishment operates what I think is a bait and switch. The person sent to inspect was not observant, we had to point out everything. He lacked a sense of urgency and kept saying he needed to wait for approval although we booked Orkin for these tasks. On January 2019, approximately, ***** from Orkin was in my attic and he broke a water pipe in my attic. I asked him to come down and help me get the main water line turned off. He did not do that and remained in the attic for a long time while I had to get a T bar from my garage and turn the water off. I am not the person that leaves bad reviews. I believe in customer service and fixing problems. I work in customer service for a living, but this is different. This is far worse than any "fix". This is a full on scam. A perverted practice carried out day after day. When you scam my family and town, I'm forced to say something. I did NOT receive the service I was promised on the phone. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money back but no one returns my calls or emails. Now I have had their monthly charge applied to my card on top of the original $350! This company overcharged and misrepresented their "services" and does not address customer concerns but ignores them and continues to charge fees for services NOT RENDERED! I am considering litigation at this point.

I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by Orkin and the fact that I was lied to I been received no service none at all i sign up in April and no one showed up to spay my building until august at this point i had already got another company because they say they were coming out within a week i called no answer and then on top of every thing they are trying to charge me when they did not do what they said they were going to do
