From my initial visit to the south store and speaking with Mark I was very satisfied with the service, but when it came to installation not so much After some delay a date was set for installation and on that day I received a call telling me they had double booked the installer and mine would not be done that day. The install was re-booked and Trevor installed my floors he did a great job and was very satisfied with the final result.
The installer Tomas Jurgaitis assigned to our insurance replacement was fantastic! Truly a skilled craftsmen that cares about the finished product delivered to the home owner, highly recommended!
