I had a new vinyl floor installed throughout my basement. I can't say enough about the installers. Boyd did a great job, answered any concerns I had, worked quickly and efficiently and was very easy to have in my home. I would highly recommend Westvalley Carpet and Flooring to anyone. Completely satisfied!

Just had prefinished hardwood installed in living room, bedroom and closet. From getting the shoe molding early, hardwood on time to completion, excellent customer service. Frank was very helpful at Westvalley. Installers, Tim and Ken, worked long hours and the results are stunning. Recommend this company and will have more floors done through them.
We just had carpet installed throughout our entire upper level. The carpet itself is fantastic and the installers (Derek & Derryl) were awesome! Super-entertaining, extremely efficient - they did a great job! This is our second purchase from Westvalley and we will definitely be going back when we are ready to re-carpet our basement! Thanks to Tim for his suggestions and easy-to-deal with manner!
Zach and Luke have been a nightmare to deal with. Started out telling me that doing my stair would be a standard job. Ended up with a crooked landing, stair boards with huge gaps, brown wood filler on white painted wood siding. They tell me it's not their fault its because the framing of my house isn't proper. My husband and I purchased some carpeting and flooring from West Valley flooring in Calgary, Alberta Canada in 2019 and again in 2021. We have had ongoing problems with the most recent purchase. We purchased carpeting to match the carpet we purchased in 2019 in the basement for our upper floors and stairs. The installation date was scheduled for Nov. 16, 2021. Typo on my first review. We were overcharged close to $300 not $600 on our bill without any explanation as to what this charge was for.
Checked internet for the review before to change the carpet, all five stars review on the website. bought the carpet from this store(Westvalley North Calgary). Came to my house late more than one hour behind the schedule time. did very shity installation work. Not professional at all like they said on the website. Do not want to talk more here as already tired about this shit. Now I have to keep very close eye on my new carpet see if can pass that one year warranty. LOL. Definitely not recommend
-After carpet(for basement) was paid for, ww were informed of a delay because this carpet was not in stock in USA and would be put in a queue to have it manufactured. Should have been informed of available stock issue prior to laying down the money. Carpet installed 5 weeks after purchase. This was an issue since we had moved furniture to other rooms in the house to be able to remove the old carpet to inspect the concrete floor to see if it was level enough for vinyl planks.
