Contacted Tim in The middle of October 2017 and was pleased with the sales and service support we received right from the get go.. Tim came out measured our home and showed us plenty of options and sudgested where to save and where to spend a little more to get a much superior product. Installation was seamless two days in and out and other than some saw dust outside place was cleaned perfect. We were very pleased. Thanks again.
Nathan installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in our home. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. We have an old farm house with lots of quirky angles and corners. Nathan took the time out of his installation to help me make the necessary adjustments so that the flooring would look perfect. He did so even though this was not his responsibility to do so. From my initial visits to store, through to dealing with Chris, and then to our incredible installers (Tony et al), wonderful experience. Very professional, very considerate, extremely prompt, timely and trustworthy. Was kept in the loop throughout ordering, to installation and all confirmed and adhered to. Am planning to continue my carpet replacement with Westvalley and would recommend their services.

Tim and crew did a great job from selection of the product to the install. Everything went as planned, crews were on time never kept us waiting and install and clean up were very satisfactory. Would highly recommend.
Worked with Bartek on our tile flooring and custom shower / tub surround. Was an ultimate professional, keeping us in the loop on progress, making suggestions on tile layout and being accommodating on some special last minute requests. This is our second time working with West Valley and would highly recommend working with them (Tim B - selection), hardwood guys were efficient and took great pride in there work (sorry don't remember their names) and Bartek (tiling) for any tiling project.
After a dishwasher leak Derek and the staff at westvalley who are very knowledgeable about all types of flooring helped me choose something that I love and was within my insurance budget. Jason and Dustin were the installers, who did an awesome job! They are explained everything to me. I would recommend them all.
Great communication and very accommodating. Ray and his team were very professional and the installation process was smooth and efficient. Such a great overall experience. I will recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!
