Had luxury vinyl plank installed. The manager was very patient and helpful in the selection and planning process. The installers Derek and Daryl were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Work was done professionally and on time as promised. Excellent customer service. Thanks.

After a flood in our home, Derek was well prepared with a new carpet option within the insurance company budget. He simplified the selection process and made arrangements for the replacement quickly. I was feeling overwhelmed by the work that needed to be done and was incredibly pleased with the efficiency and workmanship of the installers Matt and Wally. They were friendly, kept me informed and amazed me with the quick work. Love the new floors.

It all started with Tim who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Then Nathan came over to install carpet on our stairs and install all of the base boards on the main floor. He did an incredible job. Our carpet and base boards look perfect.
