Everything was great from the minute I contacted Westvalley Flooring. I worked with Briana first, who listened to what I wanted & couldn’t have done a better job picking the laminate & carpet. The colour & overall look is fantastic. Chris & Corey installed the laminate on my whole main floor & did a great job. They made sure all my furniture, etc. was protected. & cleaned up after. After extensive searching for carpet and hardwood flooring, my wife and I finally settled on Westvalley Carpet and Flooring. Our final choice was based on: Wide selection of product, Quality of product and pricing, and Professionalism and helpfulness with service from Tim and Cory. WOW!!!! WE ARE VERY HAPPY. I recently had my 3 upstairs bedrooms carpets replaced. I was very happy with the installation and the product quality. Cory is very cooperative to my requests there was a ease of business in all aspects. The hallway and the stairs as well were done in a laminated plank “Palm Beach” . The installation was very difficult with many cuts because of the type of flooring I choose but Bartek the installer did a great job. I am extremely pleased. I would definitely consider using West Valley again if needed!
Derek at Westvalley went above and beyond to fix our water damaged hardwood. He came highly recommended by our insurer, and we came to understand why quickly. His team worked quickly to replace the damaged flooring, and ensured that there was not any further damage to the subfloor. They kept the house clean and tidy at the end of each work day and were extremely pleasant. Frank was easy to deal with and helped us in selecting new carpet for our basement. He came out and measured and was always quick to respond when we contacted him. Installation day was flawless with Mohammed and what we thought would take 2 days was done in 1. They arrived shortly after 8am and were completely done by 5:30. They even moved furniture around so that the job could be finished quickly. Thank you Westvalley for making a daunting task of replacing carpet an extremely painless one.
I chose Westvalley Carpet and Flooring because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. Tim was very helpful in helping me choose the type of carpet, on time when he met me at my house to measure up, and reassuring that I would have the best installers. The installers, Curtis & Reed, were in my house all day and were the hardest workers I have ever seen and did a fabulous install of the carpet. I would highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs and will defiantly use them in the future.
Ever since we walked in the door and were greeted by Tim, we felt welcome and comfortable. Our aim was to match the existing carpet in the home and he did just that. He took the extra time to help us understand the difference in quality between polyester and nylon fibers which really helped us in making a final decision once he laid out the pricing. We are extremely happy with the choice and quality of the carpet, and the assistance from Frank in making the choice. We were pleasantly surprised on the quality of the installation. You almost always have some issues that appear. These two gentlemen worked without stopping, installing a 181 yards of carpet in one day. The install was flawless, as was the clean up. Still cannot believe it. We cannot say enough good things about this job, very good experience.
