I had some damage in my home due to Ice damming issues and some flooring needed replacing. When I went to the Westvalley south store, they were informative and very helpful. The company that obtained all the trades to fix the damage in my home sent me a schedule and West Valley flooring was right on time and did a great job putting the flooring down. I am completely satisfied. I would recommend Westvalley flooring to anyone. I want to thank everyone there!
Ever since we walked in the door and were greeted by Tim, we felt welcome and comfortable. Our aim was to match the existing carpet in the home and he did just that. He took the extra time to help us understand the difference in quality between polyester and nylon fibers which really helped us in making a final decision once he laid out the pricing. We are extremely happy with the choice and quality of the carpet, and the assistance from Frank in making the choice. We were pleasantly surprised on the quality of the installation. You almost always have some issues that appear. These two gentlemen worked without stopping, installing a 181 yards of carpet in one day. The install was flawless, as was the clean up. Still cannot believe it. We cannot say enough good things about this job, very good experience.
Briana helped me pick out the perfect flooring. Ray, at the warehouse, was very helpful with installation tips. Everyone else I dealt with was very professional, helpful, and just downright nice.
I recently had a leak in the basement from a faulty connection on the water conditioning unit. Needless to say there was a lot of water seepage that not only ruined the cork flooring I had installed only six years prior, as well as into the rec room which totally soaked the carpet that was in there. We had a great experience with the twins Derek and Darrel who did the carpet installation in our home. They were knowledgeable and professional, and did a high quality job. They worked extremely hard to ensure they were done the same day so that our home could get back to nornal. We recently had new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in our condo. We decided to remove all the ceramic tile and have vinyl throughout our home. Westvalley floor looked after the removal of the ceramic tile and installation of the new flooring and coordinated all the plumbing work. The installers displayed their craft in excellent detail and precision in all their work. Thank you very much Westvalley Floors, we love our new look!
