Everyone we worked with from Derek in the show room, to John for schedule co-ordination, to Mark the tiler and the men who installed the carpets (who installed so quick I didn't catch their names) were wonderful. Professional and friendly. And although the insurance repairs aren't complete, the tile and carpet look great. And an extra thank you to the tiler Mark. Mark took his time to get the job done right, and he is such a friendly guy.
Between Corey, and our installer, we had a remarkable experience with both. We absolutely love our carpet! Thank you Corey for making such an effort to help us with our purchase. Edgers is absolutely the hardest working man I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Installer?? Master installer. Thank you so much! We would recommend Creekside location to anyone who will listen. Cory matched our hardwood and had a quoted for us in 2 days. Chris did a beautiful job installing, he was quick and very tidy cleaning up everyday before he left. 10 days later we were left with a perfect job. We love our new floors and would highly recommend Cory and Chris every time.
Top-notch professionals! Jack and Shauna did such a great job and were quick and efficient. I am fortunate West Valley Flooring assigned Jack and Shauna to do the flooring measurements as well as install my Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring. We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our home, as well as had the carpets replaced in three bedrooms. Jack, Josh and Shawna were really professional and really went above and beyond. They made the whole renovation experience much easier to endure. Jack really took the time to make everything to my liking (which isn't always easy to do lol). Our salesman, Ryan, helped us find the perfect products for our home. Highly recommend!
We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our main floor and in the upstairs bathrooms. Jack and Shawna Edwards are a really nice who obviously know what they are doing as our floors look awesome. We had vinyl flooring installed a year and a half ago. After a few months we noticed that it was starting to come apart in places and was progressively getting worse. West Valley did a fantastic job with addressing the problem and agreed to have the floors completely replaced to our satisfaction at no charge. We would like to thank Ryan for the best Reno experience and the best customer service. He was very knowledgeable about carpet. He took the time to answer all our questions and show us different types of carpet so that we could make the correct decision. Also are install date didn’t change. There were no delays. Also Mo and his men showed up on time and completed the work. The men worked really hard to get the job done. There were no seam lines in the carpet and job was done very well.
