I've never written a review because it's too rare to have such fantastic service. From now on West Valley will be my go-to because of Derek Parker. Friendly service in store and quick turnaround time for product. Was able to have carpet installed on a holiday. Our installer Abudula was quiet but friendly. Price was very reasonable and Randy was very knowledgeable in store on product description and recommendation. Would recommend Westvalley.
Our home was in need of a carpet replacement in our guest room and a complete re- tile of our master on suite bathroom. We were introduced to Westvalley and Derek and the rest as they say is history. Derek was and is very pleasant to work with and was extremely helpful in our carpet and tile selection for our current renovations. We had to renovate a basement room because of flooding and Mo the crew lead bent over backwards to get the project completed ahead of a family member visiting. Thanks Ryan Carter-Pardiak for getting Mo involved.
