We recently had Greg tile two of our bathrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The job was extensive, involving a lot of custom work, and Greg’s attention to detail was absolutely amazing. From intricate patterns to precise cuts, everything was executed perfectly. I had main floor tiling replaced along with the carpet on two flights of stairs and most of the upstairs, including a bathroom and three closets, with approximately 1300 ft^2 of Mohawk RevWood Premier Pearl City laminate planking. Lucas was the installer with David as an assistant and both were excellent. Our first encounter was with Zach and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the install he kept us updated as each day went. If we had any concerns or questions he was always available to us. Luke was the installer on our project and he was phenomenal. His workmanship was incredible and we absolutely love our floors! We had some flooring repairs performed by Westvalley, and they were timely and high-quality. The technician, Jason, was excellent. He was very communicative and professional.
Great staff, from Derek in sales, to Anatoli in delivery and our super fast, professional installer Brandon Karusel who did wonderful job laying our engineered floor.
We have used Westvalley a few times in our home now and have been so happy with the outcome! Christopher (sales) and Ejder (install) were fantastic to work with on this last project. Highly recommend!
We love our new Vinyl Plank flooring! Ryan, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. Our installers were impeccable. We would recommend Simon and son to do your flooring install. Overall our experience with Westvalley Flooring was stupendous!
Jeff -our sales agent was very efficient and co-ordinated the flooring to their warehouse in the time as promised. We gave him a date for the installation and he made that date possible, which we really appreciated. Scott & Wally , I can’t say enough of their install and communication to delight us with products and service that exceeded our expectations.
Our new carpet looks amazing and our consultant Jeff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He helped to make choosing, ordering, and installing the new carpet go super smoothly! Also, want to shout out to the installers as they were extremely hard workers, considerate and very efficient. Abdullah went above and beyond expectations in moving some household equipment, and then keeping us informed about our purchase and the after care. Thank you fellas and I would highly recommend Westvalley Carpets!!
