From our first visit to the North location, my husband Tim and I were very pleased with the customer service we received. We first met Christopher who was very professional and helped us choose the perfect carpet for the upstairs for our condo. He came exactly when he said he would and did the measuring and once we got the quote and contacted him about installation, the carpet came quickly and the installation booked promptly. I asked our local community Facebook group for a flooring company and Westvalley, specifically, Chris came highly recommended. He made picking out carpet and floor super easy and affordable. I think we spent less than an hour in the store! Jack and Shawna were our install team and did an amazing job. I am super picky and I have zero complaints! The carpet and luxury vinyl floor leave me speechless with how beautiful it looks. Thanks guys!

We had our carpet replaced on the stairs down to the basement on May 5th 2021. The installer, Ejder Celebi, did an excellent job. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the product and would highly recommend this company.
What an amazing experience - from start to finish!! An extra shout out to Bartek & Erik for their expertise, craftmanship and friendly nature. Such a pleasure to have in our home. Everyone we worked with from Derek in the show room, to John for schedule co-ordination, to Mark the tiler and the men who installed the carpets (who installed so quick I didn't catch their names) were wonderful. Professional and friendly. And although the insurance repairs aren't complete, the tile and carpet look great. And an extra thank you to the tiler Mark. Mark took his time to get the job done right, and he is such a friendly guy.
Between Corey, and our installer, we had a remarkable experience with both. We absolutely love our carpet! Thank you Corey for making such an effort to help us with our purchase. Cory matched our hardwood and had a quoted for us in 2 days. Chris did a beautiful job installing, he was quick and very tidy cleaning up everyday before he left. 10 days later we were left with a perfect job. We love our new floors and would highly recommend Cory and Chris every time.
Top-notch professionals! Jack and Shauna did such a great job and were quick and efficient. I am fortunate West Valley Flooring assigned Jack and Shauna to do the flooring measurements as well as install my Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring.
