We had LVP installed in our basement, and tile done in our bathrooms and backsplashes in the house. Ryan was great to work with, very attentive to customer service. Our LVP installer Trevor did excellent work, and Mark our tile installer did as well. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking at flooring.
We shopped around and got multiple quotes and chose Westvalley carpeting and flooring for our new carpeting. There pricing, product, customer service and quality install was excellent. We dealt with Ryan at the South store in Calgary and were very happy. We would highly recommend him to others looking for great customer service and recommending the carpeting we received. We had a fantastic experience with Ryan and George from Westvalley Carpet & Flooring (South location on 130th). We received excellent customer service and a very professional service right from the quote, to tile selection, and all the way through construction. Work began even sooner than expected and the price was more than reasonable for the services we received. I highly recommend West Valley Carpet and Flooring. Great customer service and excellent installers - especially Chris M with the vinyl plank flooring. His expertise, workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional.
Day 1& 2 - Chris did our hard floor install. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond! He even laughed at my jokes! Day 3 & 4 Ejder installed our carpet and he was very polite and professional as well. He arrived when he said he would an stayed till the job was done... I mean, he did go home the first day. Ryan and mo were professional and helpful at every stage of the process! Westvalley floor was able to accommodate a very last minute request for measurement and then very helpful when we changed our mind to install carpet instead of laminate. I would highly recommend.
The carpet looks great. Wally and his guy did such a nice job laying it. It is so soft. I can't wait to show it off.
