I worked with the South Store, Ryan and Trevor who laid the floor. They were both easy to work with, Ryan was great at showing me my options for LVP flooring. Trevor was amazing. He had my main floor done in 3 days, he worked such long hours alone, and did a fantastic job. A really nice person who cleaned up the work space each evening before he left so that I could relax and enjoy my living room space while the job was ongoing. I highly recommend these folks.
We dealt with Neil. He was extremely helpful through everything. Trevor installed our kitchen floor and Mo laid carpet for us. Everything looks amazing! Neil and Trevor went above and beyond!!!! Thank for everything!!
Derek our professional sales rep did a great job thinking outside the box to come up with an original and simple solution to a rather complex flooring problem. Our project included once and done laminate product, Carpet and tile. The installation teams did an exemplary job and Westvalley should be proud of the installers that are representing them onsite. Very mixed feelings about Westvalley Carpet . . had my carpet installed ~4 years ago and after a couple years it started to buckle in places. Inquired about getting it restretched and was given a quote from Frank (around $800 if I recall) since it was past warranty. Seems as though everyone involved in my installation is gone. Was finally advised to talk to Ray and after weighing the options (including moving all my furniture out) Ray lined up Ernie to restretch with furniture in place. From our initial visit with Christopher, who walked us through the many different options to choosing the right carpet for my home, it was such a smooth process. Just had my carpet installed in the basement and it looks beautiful. From the original inquiry and estimate with Matt to have it installed by their professional installers, it was hassle free experience. Matt and the installation manager tried all efforts to accommodate my time frame restriction, was very impressed with the superb quality of service they provided. Highly recommended indeed !

Tim (our sales rep) was very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent service & pricing. Bartek (installer) was a consummate professional - he installed vinyl plank, floor and wall tile, brick veneer and carpet without a single deficiency and was a very positive addition to our site team.
