We are extremely happy with the service provided by this company. First of all from Zach who was very helpful in helping us with our carpet selection, to providing us with several quotes on different products through to the overseeing of the project. We are very happy with our new carpet and the installation. Ejder and his co-worker did an excellent job. Removal of the old underlay was a tough job, and they were very thorough about ensuring that it was all removed. Thank you, Christopher, for your suggestions as to type of carpet that would be best suited for the space.

Friendly service in store and quick turnaround time for product. Was able to have carpet installed on a holiday. Our installer Abudula was quiet but friendly. Price was very reasonable and Randy was very knowledgeable in store on product description and recommendation. Would recommend Westvalley.
Our home was in need of a carpet replacement in our guest room and a complete re- tile of our master on suite bathroom. We were introduced to Westvalley and Derek and the rest as they say is history. Derek was and is very pleasant to work with and was extremely helpful in our carpet and tile selection for our current renovations.
