Thanks to Corey our sales rep, Chris the LVP installer and Garrett the carpet installer, we have some marvellous new floors in our home. These are all great people to deal with and if a challenge arises, they do the right thing. We recommend them highly.
I spent 2.5 months shopping around to big box stores and specialty stores for flooring for the main floor. I went to WestValley abs within two hours dealing with Zach Richard’s I was able to fine the perfect flooring. He was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and was very accommodating to get me the r flooring within the budget I had available. We are very happy with our new carpet and the installation. Ejder and his co-worker did an excellent job. Removal of the old underlay was a tough job, and they were very thorough about ensuring that it was all removed. Thank you, Christopher, for your suggestions as to type of carpet that would be best suited for the space.

Friendly service in store and quick turnaround time for product. Was able to have carpet installed on a holiday. Our installer Abudula was quiet but friendly. Price was very reasonable and Randy was very knowledgeable in store on product description and recommendation. Would recommend Westvalley.
Our home was in need of a carpet replacement in our guest room and a complete re- tile of our master on suite bathroom. We were introduced to Westvalley and Derek and the rest as they say is history. Derek was and is very pleasant to work with and was extremely helpful in our carpet and tile selection for our current renovations.
