Just had my carpet installed in the basement and it looks beautiful. From the original inquiry and estimate with Matt to have it installed by their professional installers, it was hassle free experience. Matt and the installation manager tried all efforts to accommodate my time frame restriction, was very impressed with the superb quality of service they provided. Highly recommended indeed !

I was the Project Manager on a recent commercial medical clinic build in Chaparral (SE Calgary). My experience with West Valley was fantastic! Tim (our sales rep) was very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent service & pricing. Bartek (installer) was a consummate professional - he installed vinyl plank, floor and wall tile, brick veneer and carpet without a single deficiency and was a very positive addition to our site team. Dealing with Westvalley Carpet & Flooring was a great experience, from our initial phone call, store visit, contract finalization through to installation completion. Cory, our Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, personable and excellent to deal with. Mo provided on-time and real nice installation, with no fuss and full clean-up. Installation ended up being ahead of schedule and the final Mohawk Elegant Presence product looks and feels awesome. Highly recommend.

Neil did a great job from helping us choosing the most beautiful floors and back splash that fit our house the best, provided valuable advises during our renovations and stood up for installation warranty. "Mo" did an awesome job installing the carpets. Had some floors squeaking after vinyl blanks were installed and West Valley came back and fixed it. Overall, beautiful & quality products and good installation and warranty.
Cory was good in managing the carpet and hardwood installation. Competitive price. Mo & his team did great work for carpet. Christ did a good job on hardwood floor installation. Good experience.
Wote the delivery person was super. He even delivered on Friday night of a long weekend. Very professional
