The noise level was high inside. We were lucky—the weather was mild and we had a table outside. Traffic noise, yes, but not the din from tiled walls that reverberate and amplify people’s shouts to be heard over other people’s shouts and amplified music, the totality preventing you from hearing your companion and replying in conversation without becoming hoarse in the process.

Besides outside seating, which we're happy that you were able to grab, we also suggest maybe trying some of our smaller locations, such as East or West. Either way, we greatly look forward to seeing you again, soon!
Very loud limited menu.
Chicken was undercooked and dry. Serving sizes were way too big. Quality of food was simply bad. Friend got the fried chicken sandwich - bad. Other friend got the cobb salad - sub par. Other friend got the caesar salad - not good.
Went on a Saturday night and indicated it was a special occasion for my wife’s birthday on the reservation. Servers could not have been more disinterested and at one point downright rude. Food was meh. Beans and broccoli were so over-salted they were barely edible. Nachos were soggy with too much stuff on them. Happy hour drinks and apps were good value though. With so many great places in NYC, I would not go back.
Fine breakfast place quiet for meeting
Nice ambiance, but the food was terrible. Bland and over cooked, it tasted like re-heated cafeteria food. And it’s not an inexpensive restaurant.

Told scattered waiter about gluten allergy, and questioned the menu carefully. He neglected to mention that the french fries were dipped in bread crumbs. Yuk, who ruins fries that way, and how can you miss telling someone that? The food runner happened to mention it. Waiter dropped by at the end of the meal to see how everything was. Burger ordered medium rare was delivered, and eaten, well done. Some dirty dishes removed at end of meal, others just left. The food was great as always, the service was terrible. Our waiter was not attentive by any means. I am a super easy going customer but, our waiter came to to take our order and never came back, not to check on us or even give us our check.
