The three of us all thought the food was very salty (almost unbearable) and the service was extremely slow.
The old school practice of not seating someone until the entire party has arrived is entirely passé. In particular, when I reserved a table for 2 people - thus 1 of us would occupy the same size table as 2 - so it's insulting and frustrating to be told the 1st arrival couldn't be seated until the "entire party" arrived. i have been there before a few times and had a pleasant experience which is why i chose it to celebrate my brothers birthday there, however the hostess was rude and un accommodating. it was a Tuesday evening and the restaurant wasn't full but they wouldn't seat us since one person was running 10 mins behind. we had a toddler with us and i would have thought they were more accommodating. the food was good, but my experience was soured by the hostess
I was very unhappy that I needed to wait for my table when there were 4 open tables when I arrived. The point of using OpenTable is have a spot saved and not to have to wait in the crowded bar area for the last person in your group to show up. The hostess should not need to ask s manager to sit a table with a 6:45 reservation but it was fine to deal with 20 yr olds with attitude for 10 mins to get a table. Good upscale comfort food but we felt very rushed even though the restaurant wasn't especially crowded. They brought our entrees while we were still having our soup. The waitress took them back to the kitchen to keep warm but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Could not seat small children at a regular table. Only a high top.
We made reservations two days in advance. They never seated us, and made us wait for over an hour. After waiting for an hour, and with no end in sight, we left. I will never go there again. They were uncaring, unapologetic, and did not even offer us a drink. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
We had 8:00 pm reservations. We arrived at 7:45 pm. They sat three larger groups and a party of two without reservations. There was a table for five available that was not offered to us. Finally, at 8:25 pm they sat us. As we dined, the table of five was given to a party of three. There was no apology or anything. I wouldn't have bothered to get a reservation if I'd known.
Great vegetable offerings for a vegan/no oil person. My friend loved the quinoa burger. After my veggie plate I asked for one corn on the cob to top off my meal. An order is two. I just wanted one. The waitress told me they didn't do that. That is NOT customer service. Left a bitter tasted in my mouth. GREAT BARTENDER CARLOS. ID COME BACK JUST FOR HIM!
