Server was VERY rude and annoyed when I had to ask two times because of a dairy allergy.
Fair place for an everyday meal. The hamburger was good but a bit overcooked, including the bread.
It would have been a five star review had the noise level been substantially less and had the food been hot. It was tepid and I didn't have the time or the inclination to send it back.
Only issue: scooter pie was the size of an Oreo. So disappointed
I Love going there and using opentable but every time I go I never get my 100 points. So you really need to check that you get the points before you leave . They owe me 500 pints sorry to say...
Music too loud in a high ceiling restaurant for Sunday at 6 pm. Multiple order taking mistakes. Food ok, sounded better on menu than it tasted.
Ordered burger (well done( and three of their veggie sides (waiter said that was something that they did well)... Burger was medium and the veggie sides were meh... cauliflower with tahini came out cool, brussel sprouts were laden in sauce (both of these seemed like they had been cooked prior and then just topped with respective sauces... the plantains were smoking hot (so likely cooked fresh) they had a sprinkling of cotija cheese but basically were just plantains... Disappointed
Way noisier than I expected. Lots of hard surfaces! Difficult to converse. There was ambient music playing but I didn't realize that fact for the first 15 minutes because the other noises were drowning it out! Otherwise the food was good and service was fast. Also a little warm inside...AC could have been increased.
This location is a lot bigger than Chelsea. You don’t feel like you’re on top of one another which I love. Food is always great but the service was not the night we went. They didn’t expedite our food properly and brought out everything at once with such a small table and I didn’t get mine wine until mid-meal. Also a little disappointed that my reservation wasn’t taken into consideration so I lost points on that. Oh well.
