We made reservations two days in advance. They never seated us, and made us wait for over an hour. After waiting for an hour, and with no end in sight, we left. I will never go there again. They were uncaring, unapologetic, and did not even offer us a drink. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
We had 8:00 pm reservations. We arrived at 7:45 pm. They sat three larger groups and a party of two without reservations. There was a table for five available that was not offered to us. Finally, at 8:25 pm they sat us. As we dined, the table of five was given to a party of three. There was no apology or anything. I wouldn't have bothered to get a reservation if I'd known.
Great vegetable offerings for a vegan/no oil person. My friend loved the quinoa burger. After my veggie plate I asked for one corn on the cob to top off my meal. An order is two. I just wanted one. The waitress told me they didn't do that. That is NOT customer service. Left a bitter tasted in my mouth. GREAT BARTENDER CARLOS. ID COME BACK JUST FOR HIM!
Generally I love westville... But at brunch it had really poor service and undercooked food.
We gave this place 2 tries and both times had the same result. The food was cold. How hard is it to serve eggs hot, or warm even?? We all received our food cold. The second time they even screwed up the orders. And then when fixing them, they just swapped the plates. My husbands eggs had remnants of my brother's avocado on them. Very disappointed in ourselves for giving it a second try
A bit soulless down there, big space with little character. Food was good, not cheap but big portions and good quality.
Obnoxious to make people wait for their last person to arrive. Reminds me of that will and grace episode.
Kind of pricy and not that fantastic food
Westville delivered on all points - food, ambience etc, but not recommended for a birthday party! If you bring your own birthday cake, they slap you with a $5/head "cakeage" charge which I can only imagine is a tax for having too much of a nice time in a restaurant and extra dishes in the dishwasher. I paid $35 for a freshly baked cake and was expected to pay $5x7people ($35) to eat the cake in the restaurant :|
