Many mistakes and it happened several times on disclosures, promised lender credit didn’t given on final closing. Poor response and follow-up. Never returned the calls or reply to email as agreed. Overall the closing took more than 100 days and 1000 usd additional closing costs from my pocket.

Was highly recommend by multiple sources. Apparently we did not receive the same treatment. The process was very smooth up to the point of closing on a home. At that point the lack of communication and dismissive answers were a plenty. The left foot didnt know what the right foot was doing. And that's even if they responded. We were first time home buyers and felt very rushed and not included. Intial rate was changed, poor customer service and lack of communication. Vanessa her self was great

When Greg and I spoke the original document for a refinance was a 3.25%. Then the next document was 3.5%. All the numbers seemed to have changed gradually as we went on which was also rushed because of a November 4th deadline. I was adamant about not paying any points and especially with our credit scores and the climate of the national percentages I thought that would be no problem. Then by the time it was ready to close we see a 1/2 a point on the paper with a 3.5% still? Padded pockets

We felt our questions were annoying. He made it clear that he didn't have time & was so "swamped" with other clients. The process wasn't smooth & we felt if we didn't check in we wouldn't have closed on time or had the proper documents. We were told last minute (less than 24 hours notice) of many things that needed to be taken care of and sometimes felt we were only told because we happened to call with a question. Look somewhere else if you want someone personable, friendly, and helpful.

First, we missed 2 closing dates due to lack of communication. He neglected to tell us when to secure the closing funds so when we had an issue and tried contacting him about it, we heard nothing back. Got that sorted out, we were told all we were waiting for was closing funds to clear. Once they cleared, all of a sudden we had another VOE to secure for my husband and one for me via phone call. Now I'm being asked about my 401K & student loans ON THE 2nd CLOSING DATE! Unacceptable!

We have had nothing but problem after problem working with Robert. We used him and GSF to finance our home when we first purchased it. There was ZERO communication. We would go weeks without hearing from him. Then we would check in with him and he’d respond with a list of 10 things we needed to do.
