Having the loan processed on time. Better communication. We went to closing the second time it was rescheduled and had to turn back round and go home again. No one was letting us know what was going on. I understand it was the end of the year and vacations were in place, but I still wish we would have had someone to call and speak to for questions what what was happening with our loan.

Blake was spot on at all times--even during not regular office hours. Very pleasant and was definitely interested in obtaining the refinancing without all of the confusion from the underwriter requests that kept occurring. Gave a thought of closing this attempt of refinancing due to the turmoil from the underwriter.

As a first time home buyer, working with Tad and GSF mortgage was a nightmare! They were quick to get us going, but soon things fell apart. We got an initial closing date and then everything fell apart. It took 77 days for them to get us closed on our property! During this time the communication from Tad and his team was lacking and most of the time non-existent. They were not communicating with each other and then both asking for documents with in days/weeks of each other. Horrible experien

Our closing was pushed back multiple times. We had to resubmit the same paperwork to both Robert and Teresa multiple times so I'm not confident our personal information was protected. We were told we were getting a closing cost credit from gomortgage for our inconvenience which we never received and when we asked Robert about it we were ignored. Then to top it off our home owners insurance was included in our closing costs and our insurance company was never paid so who knows where our money w

Very un organized.. closing cost I‚Äôm supposed to receive 3 days ahead of time got it 1.5 hours before closing and still wasn‚Äôt correct. Also closing time was at 330. Title company didn‚Äôt receive Gsf portion of paper work until after that time..

This was the second time refinancing with Rich. I even referred him a co-worker of mine. I was in the process of refinancing with a direct lender due to gomortgage rates being much higher. Rich spoke with the president who told him he would be able to price match the loan estimate that I provided him from the other direct lender . So as a favor to him I stayed with gomortgage. Unfortunately I was led on and the loan estimate at closing was $300 higher than what the other direct lender offered.

It took more than an extra month to close, i understand he was sick but someone else should have taken over, i got no responses about any thing for over two weeks, not to mention its an fha loan and i need to close to get started on exterior renovations, now its going to b extremly difficult doing so in wisconsin winter

Communication from 1 person. I've never applied for a mortgage and then had to deal with 3 - 4 persons. I applied for a very small loan and was putting down a quarter of a million dollars. I could have understood all the hoops that I had to jump through if I had applied for a 5 million dollar loan. The process was too drawn out and could have been much simpler. Too much confusion.

Took over 4 months to close. Very little communication. Gave you multiple payoffs for debt that were not paid off. Bob would not answer or return my phone calls, emails, or voice-mail. You charged me a $500 extension fee because YOU took so long.
