Getting the loan closed on time. Was told the refinance would cost me nothing still had to bring money to closing. Was charged 2 late payments because Robert told me not to worry about making the payment for that month then had to make the payments really late. Overall I can say that Robert and GSF are NOT worth the run around.

Tim was good but communication could be improved. I didn’t know who Sonja was when she first e mailed me. I was also confused with closing cost amounts. I asked for bottom line and still owed almost 2000$ at the end.

Closing Did not take place on time and had a domino effect of other issues. He made a major mistake & than left for vacation prior to everything being fixed, causing more issues.

Nothing about this loan was smooth and I constantly got excuses. From processors, closers, underwriters etc. The loan took 8 months although I or my accountant were constantly supplying my info within a few days. The worst loan experience I ha e ever had. My issues went up the ladder but it was to late to improve the situation.

Jason was great throughout the whole process. However, the appraisal took 3 weeks, that's right 3 weeks, to be returned. Then, I was supposed to receive a check via fedex 3 days after closing. I finally received the check 8 days after closing. Jason gave me the contact info for Gladys Young at the title company. I reached out to her for information concerning my check and its location and tracking number. I called and left 3 messages, sent 3 emails and she never responded. Absolutely terrible.
