My father was sent there after a lengthy hospital stay and was to get rehabilitation to strengthen his legs. After being there 4 days I along with my dad's medical advocate had a meeting with Dr. Narayan who stated he wasn't showing progress and recommended he be placed there permanently. His stay from there was all downhill. Only one of his "therapists" actually worked with him and said he was improving. the others always gave a poor progress report. White blossom has cockroaches! Filthy! Infection control doesn't follow standard procedures or take the correct precautions. Gave my grandmother ESPL and CDiff! LOOK IT UP. They told me that the roommate that they roomed her in was okay to room with my grandma but how did she get infected?! Hmmm... now she's infected for THE REST OF HER LIFE!!!

one star is too many, is required to make this post - there should be a huge warning sign!!! if there is one negative review at an elder care facility believe it! white blossom is a hell hole. it is filthy, understaffed, under trained. they have you sign a 125 page contract!!!! who does this! they don't answer the phone - it's a hospital. they don't answer the phone. they don't believe they have to. it is a hell hole, beware - beware-beware!!! filthy, disgusting!!!!!!

Terrible care and customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Roaches everywhere and food is disgusting.

A family friend has been there for 6 mos plus and requires a feeding tube, care of fistula drain and PT. He has run out of Medicare days so his monthly bill for the shared room is $9700/mos but "extras have made it $10,300/mos. He required some IV infusions because they can't get enough fluids per mouth and feeding tube in him so they ordered IV equipment on two occasions along with extra tubing and kits for needle insertion and some extra saline and heparin flushes - enough to flush his IV every 2 hrs!! Two stars for the admission office. Review of care quality not available. I toured the facility and it seems clean and updated. No weird smell like rest of the nursing homes I visited. The parking lot is small, so they have valet parking. The staff seems friendly. However it is impossible to get in touch with their Admission office/staff. I called at least twice a week for two weeks and left at least four messages to inquire about available space. I never received a call back. It's a shame, because the facility seems ... read more

This place was awful. In addition to not doing what they said the were going to do in the amount of time they said they would and being positively rude about getting it done, I had to report them to the state health department for the awful infestation of scabies that they sent my grandmother home with! It's quite obvious that their housekeeping procedures need some work, along with the attitude of some of their staff.

We have used White Blossom several times over the past years and had been reasonably pleased with them. Unfortunately over the last year we cannot say that anymore. It is a very long story concerning the care of my mother in 2010 and the billing to her insurance and then to her. If you go to White Blossom be very careful that YOU contact your insurance company on coverage. Do not rely on their business office to notify you when the insurance is no longer covering. poor care - they let my 88yo mother lay in pain with a UTI until i threatened to sue. my mother had diarrhea and was isolated for a week, missed therapy all due to facility uncleanliness. as of today 3/10/10 the dining hall / activity room has been closed for a week due to some bug/bacteria going around the place. so many patients got sick they've had to keep patients in there room and the room closed
