I'd give this place a zero if I could. Borderline neglectful care. My father was left in bed all day and the rehabilitative therapy he was promised took place less than 15 minutes a day. It took nurses hours to respond to the call button and his surgical sites were left uncleaned for several days. He was sent home earlier than expected with no planning or support and without having practiced any daily living skills in therapy (like transferring to a car etc.). Both my parents spent time at White Blossom. My dad for months over a period of 3 years and my mom for just 10 days. My dad fell at least 9 times. My mom fell 3 times. The third fall resulted in 10 days in the ICU where she died due to a subdural hematoma! This all took place over 4 years. After almost every fall I told White Blossom employees I would pay for and provide them with a wireless bed alarm so when my parents got up by themselves they would be alerted and could assist them. Just to to let you all know! I have a patient that was released after Having had a broken hip . She was left in bed with very little pt and was largely left in bed for 2 months. She was then released to go home with never having walked to the bathroom! Despicable care. Look elsewhere for safety of your love ones!

The people who works here including the RN,CNA most of them they are not educated good enough to take care of people, and there many LVN. Because the facility doesn't want to pay for the RN.anyhow you ask for anything you will get maybe 2 hours later , I have asked for pain medicine and I call at 3 and I didn't receive it till 5 am .if you ask for more than once you go on the black list and the retaliate by not answering your call at all .. this place used to be nice now after the Covid they think they can do anything becau... read more

If I could rate it as negative zero I would!! Do not risk your love ones!!! My dad was discharged from the hospital and got moved to this facility the same day. When we left almost 9PM he was totally okay. He was talking, eating and was able to move. When we visited him the next day, we arrived at 8AM. This is my story about White Blossom Care Center. Presented as facts, White Blossom is free to dispute if they think any of these events did not take place. I entered the facility on 12/17 on behest of my doctor. I insisted I didn't need it, I was only recommended because I had been laid up in a hospital bed for 2 weeks, so I had shaky legs. Very incompetent staff, it takes forever to get something done when ask for it, they leave the patient unattended for he's. They do prefer for them to be asleep so they don't have to change diapers all clean them up. I asked to have my good friend shave and shower 3 days ago and till today still the same. That's their responsibilities as a care givers. They should have an inspector every so often but as a surprise visit. AAA

This place is terrible ,No Doctors ,Nurses are great but not having one doctor makes this place a 0 star avoid coming here .the place in Saratoga blows this place away
