Get directionsI agree with other reviews - nobody answers the phone - 408-998-8447. I tried to reach my mother who was recently admitted, called 3 times, let the phone ring until it automatically disconnects. This is very pathetic service when you have a loved one at the facility, yet you live far away enough not to be able to visit on a daily basis.

Every time I call in to speak with my father - I never reach him! Between the front desk receptionist and the nurse's station - it takes 6 to 7 phone calls to reach him. Is it some kind of game?!?!? I get put on eternal hold and I never get through - I literally have to threaten calling upper management to get through to him!
So I called three times started at 7:48pm to 7:52pm it just rang several times then it stopped no one answer. Where is the receptionist?
Do not take your loved ones here! Our story below... I was impressed by the thoughtful sales/administrative person who I initially spoke with on the phone, so I visited the facility one evening, and then decided to transfer my 81 year old mother here to recover after a major surgery at Stanford Hospital. The facility is a bit worn down looking, but I had visited a few of these "Medicare-based" facilities, and had not yet seen one that looked new and tidy. My mother was at White Blossom from March 2017 through September 2017, when she passed. Actually, as far as a SNF (nursing home) goes, it was okay. Thanks to the (it turns out unnecessary) pressure/encouragement of the social services staff, we checked out many nursing homes when she was at WB (read below to see why) and it seemed as good as most of the others. My mother in law was brought to the facility for occupational and physical therapy and because she is a heavy woman they did therapy with her twice. when things hurt her they ignore it. She has to sit and wait for someone to change her when she goes to the restroom. She came in with breathing and heart issues and after they change her they keep her on her back and she can barely breath. When I come to visit I have to demand that things get done. My dad liked white blossom for there nice rehab facility. The food was also pretty good. The things we did not like was the fact that the drs didn't come in very often two days in a row we thought something didn't look right we my father. We showed the nurse supervisor and they did X-ray but said things were fine. I never thought you could tell if there's an infection with an x-ray. My family member is Diabetic on Insulin n oral pills .He wakes up at 2-3 am Hungry n calls for assistance to give him something to eat he has been told they don't have anything to give him if they even respond to his call light . This skilled nursing home is horrible. From the first day as I was checking our family member in for rehabilitation. She was transferred to White Blossom by ambulance from the hospital. We walk into her shared room and as we start putting her belongings away we see there is a pedistal sink (inside the room itself) and there was brown smudged hand print on it!
