Wow they sure delete my last post interesting. Mmm meaning everything was true. Your not a facility that cares for your patient all you care about is the money. Again my friend passed away which he was living there for couple of years. The only called me concerning his belongings. I am still his emergency contact and I'm his advanced directive. Please don't send your love ones here.

My father was hospitalized for three weeks due to pneumonia and fluid being built up around his heart and lungs. After going through heart surgery, he was assigned to White Blossom to be taken care of before being sent home. He lost his balance in the middle of the night trying to use the bathroom and fell on his ribs. He pleaded for help for about an hour and no one attended to him until the janitor had to step in to get him back up on his feet. That's right. THE JANITOR. For the last week I have called 4-5 times a day trying to reach my mother, a patient at White Blossom. I am usually disconnected at least 2-3 times. When trying Social Services I'm always told they are in a meeting. I leave messages with no return calls. It's been well over 3 months since our last "Care Meeting." I try the Nurses station but am always told they are with patients. So I drove several hours down to White Blossom yesterday, with new clothes some food and flowers for my Mother. I wouldn't advise anyone to put their love ones in White Blossom. It's not all the employees claim it to be. Patients sitting in the lobby with stinky diapers sitting in wheelchairs. My mother was there for one month and she hated every moment being there. She even cried not to leave her in there. She was sent there for rehabilitation she didn't like the way they treated her in physical therapy so she refuse to have physical therapy done. So they stop doing physical therapy on her they never got her out of the bed. Rather ... read more

My grandmother was here after her hip replacement surgery. Her care at this facility improved only after I showed up to complain and a formal grievance was filed. The front of the facility and the lobby are beautiful, but misleading. The rooms are nothing like what you see in the lobby. They look like Motel 6 rooms. Dirty floors, wires hanging, thin curtains separating 2-3 occupants to each room. My grandmother arrived around 7pm. She was told since she arrived late that she missed dinner. I am leaving one star because if you have an issue and you complain about it you get retaliation I posted a post last week they took it down her fear retaliation but only certain people care the issue I had last week has been addressed time management and hopefully

Well, first I want to complain about Brady O'Shea, an administrator at White Blossom. I called to complain about there not being enough staff and my mom missing her 2x/day nebulizer treatments and 3x/day eye drops, and all he wanted to do was spout off statistics about how many hrs. is the minimum state required nursing hrs. of 3.5 per patient and that their nursing home was at 3.8. there are 153 beds, which would require them to staff 40 nurses per shift. My mothers purse was stolen at White Blossom Care Center and there were $2226 racked up on one of her credit cards that started on July 18 she was admitted on July 17 in the evening. Her roommate told me that someone said to her you can't have your valuables her wallet in the room and that she was taking it to the safe I went to the safe yesterday and asked for them to pen it to look for it. Not there. Yesterday I was told the inventory list didn't show on the admit date. I ask for this days before and her purse was listed... read more

Where should we start? Parent suffered a stroke and paralyzed on left with speech and physical impairment. Placed in a room with a broken TV and sliding door leading to the outside patio near street not locking for 1 week before being fixed. Dentures randomly missing one day?
