If you want your loved ones personal belongings to be safe then do not bring them here it has been an absolute nightmare they took it advantage of my elderly aunt they do not get adequate care here and things will be stolen!!!! There is no accountability

please please, do not leave your loved one here, my aunt didnt receive the care she deserves, due to not being turned enough she received a bed sore that got so bad she ended up in the hospital and of course never went back, she also never received her belongings which im still after a month trying to retrieve, they do not stand by any of their core values, its absolutely horrible, if you have no choice please visit often and hold them accountable! Hello

If I could give zero stars I would. A family friend was transferred here after being at the hospital and was given the poorest quality care I've ever seen. It was as if they had no knowledge of his injuries and necessities; and even if they did, they did not care enough to acknowledge it or care for it. It may be hard to believe but I feel as if my family friend was in even worse shape than when he first arrived, physically and mentally. I give them a zero! Be careful what you put on yelp because unfortunately the businesses won't let you get away with telling the truth. I even got threatened with legal repercussions. I would never bring any of my loved ones here ever again. I really give them zero stars

This place is terrible they never tell you what's going on with your loved one they keep transferring your call and have you running in circles my grandfather was supposed to be released 3 WEEKS AGO. And they keep extending his discharge date without telling us why not to mention he got infected with COVID and they didn't even bother telling him WE had to tell him because he had no idea why he was switched to another room. We put my Dad here because he's been having some issues and unfortunately none of us can care for him full time. The facility itself is fine, seems pretty nice, although with COVID there's not much we can see first hand. He said the food is ok, he jokes that it's too much they are always trying to fatten him up. Physical therapy people are very nice, and the staff that comes by to sing the happy birthdays to folks are real nice. But he's really having a hard time with some of the staff there. This is my first Yelp posting. My family member (FM) was admitted from the hospital. Since it was during the Covid timeframe, I have not been able to visit except via a once a week 15 min Zoom call. White Blossom was hit hard with Covid Cases which I know must have been hard on the staff. I honestly believe most staff, want to care for people appropriately. No pain meds or hot food for COVID-19 patients in isolation. No nurse visits, or actual " care" given. Inhumane treatment at best. My adopted brother is a new amputee in this place and is receiving the absolute worst so-called-nursing care imaginable. DO NOT subject your loved ones to White Blossom " Care". It's BS!
