One of the staff members has been very informative and such a great help to my father. The staff is really friendly and the people in the dining room are really nice. I wouldn't complain about the cleanliness, it was good. I think things can be better-clarified communication wise.
It is a very nice facility and my mother is very happy there. Everyone is pleasant and very nice. The cleanliness is good in the rooms, dining room, and physical therapy rooms. They always contacted me with anything and updated me.
We are really happy with the place and we are getting great service here. It is very clean.
My loved one is getting wonderful service. The people are very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for? The occupational therapy is wonderful. They are very nice and he is happy with that. If he needs a nurse to do anything, like with his meds or to fix one of the machines, they come in to fix it and are very kind about it. They never complain and are very helpful. I cannot complain about anyone there. It is very clean! There is always somebody there cleaning. The meals and communication are both great!
It is a clean facility and has helpful staff. The food looked great. The staff is receptive to my suggestions. The social worker is informative and is keeping in touch with the family.

It is a wonderful place. My loved one loves the therapy and she raves about the Pt guy. It is unbelievably clean. Everything is just perfect. They are always communicating with me!
I was blown away! They are very nice and the guy who runs the whole place came in and asked if I needed anything.
