It is 200 times better than an experience we had at another facility. The lady that helped us, in the beginning, was so helpful. They could be a little more communicative and transparent. I have to call to get information.

The physical therapy people were sensitive to my needs and where I was at. The staff went out of their way to help me. The nursing care was excellent, they were very attentive. Except for the weekend nurses. They were in almost every day washing or sweeping my floor. I loved the cook. I even talked to one of the dietitians and let them know the breakfasts are good and the lunches are very good, but they fell off the table with the dinners. It was more than I could ever have expected. It was a blessing to me. They were the only place that would take us and open their doors. The staff is just wonderful, good people. It was perfectly executed management! The nurses were incredibly compassionate and they are experts in their field. I was treated royally when I had questions and was sat down and got everything explained to me. The plan we came up with was the exact perfect plan.

I do see improvements in my loved one thanks to their rehab therapy. The nursing care varies, depending on the nurse. It's tough to keep on top of the cleaning with everyone in and out all the time.

I would recommend Willow Springs. The rehab therapists were good. The therapist was very friendly and good. The manager who took care of things for my loved one got what he needed to be done. The nurses were excellent! The food was horrendous.

I think they give very good care and are very responsive. My loved one has been very happy here. Whenever she needs something the nurses are right there. The family conference was nice and the physical therapist was informative. The place is so clean and nice. There have been some screw ups and they said she was on a specific diet and that got straightened out. I think it is a well-regarded place. So far everything has been great. My only complaint is that the bathroom isn't as clean as I would like it to be. I had a phone meeting with a couple with the staff members discussing my mother and her needs, and that was great.

I feel like the place is great. The only complaint is that she was not showered regularly. The place is great and it is clean. The food is good. The head nurse was very friendly and seem to know the patients and their needs and one of the aides went above and beyond to care. He was very friendly.
