They have all been very nice as a whole! My mom is okay with the meals.
The staff is phenomenal, God bless them. The nurses are fabulous and they keep this place immaculate. They stay on top of the communication as well.
Overall, I have been very pleased with Willow Springs. It has been wonderful actually. The therapy has been very helpful for my father so far. They are nicest the aides, they are so kind and pleasant. I cannot tell you how friendly the staff has been that have cared for my father. The only thing I want to mention is the menu for the meals is way too small of a print. They treated my mom with the utmost respect. A physical therapist gave me feedback I was looking for. It was clean. The bathroom and rooms clean. The food was terrible. I did not get any updates. The director should not have an attitude and it starts with him.
We are still learning the ropes. The nurses seem very nice and if my mom presses her call button they come into see if she needs something and they say they will be back. There is not as much care on the weekend. It took a while to get a diet for chopped food. I think they are doing what they can with her. The nurses are very good. It is clean. The PT and dietary are good with communicating.
It is very clean with no smell. It is bright and nice. The nurses and aides are super friendly and helpful. They are excellent. They are super friendly. The social worker is upfront and very helpful. I can usually get in touch with her without a problem.
My loved one has been at Willow Springs for a short time now and so far we are very happy with the experience. She has been in a number of facilities and Willow Springs is by far the most compassionate facility. The staff takes a lot of initiative and they even make suggestions which is what we need. They are treating my dad with so much respect and care. They come in and talk with him and they all love him. The whole entire staff is great. It is clean and there is no bad smell. The entire staff tells me what is happening.
I love the nurse's and the building and I feel comfortable here!
